A visit to Paris in support of Lance?

Two press reports have indicated that Matt was in Paris for the closing stages of the Tour de France and to celebrate Lance Armstrong's victory. This report suggests that Matt was at the race and the Mirror reported that Matt attended Lance's victory party.
