Most of the people in the line (one.org ad) are 'ordinary folk' ie non-celebs. So, nobody famous.
I would think Matt's not very involved in the day to day operations of LivePlanet, apart from special events or projects. Matt was obviously very involved in aspects of Project Greenlight (attending events, spending hours watching competitor videos etc), but would not be involved in the administration/managerial side due to other time commitments.
Same with Running the Sahara, I would guess. Very involved in the set-up of the project, publicity and charity aspects, but he just wouldn't have time for the other stuff.
I think Ben's more hands-on, and is often pictured heading into the LP offices. But then he's based in LA and has more time on his hands.
