I understand exactly what you're saying; the point of Matt's involvement here is to show the world that we need to step up and DO something. You're absolutely right in reminding us of the appauling conditions that far too many people have to endure.

Having said that I'd like to say that those pictures were just, umm, ODD. Matt in costume, face looking like a mug shot, a dusty boot print on his left pant leg. The hourglass featuring what represents blood should NOT have orange edges. I don't know what the photographer was trying to convey with all this. It was more distracting than making the point in my very humble opinion. All I could think about was "wtf? why does Matt look like he's just had the crap beaten out of him? and why is that blood orange?" Not once did Darfur cross my mind and that makes me think the photographer missed the mark.
