The short version of the answer is at the time the credit sequence was being put together I believed that the cast list would appear in alphabetical order. While at a showing of another movie I saw the Ocean’s trailer running with the credit card that ultimately remained. I requested my name be removed from the film at that time given that I felt I had been cut out of the process. My former agent thought I was making a big mistake.
Sadly she won't be returning for the final part of the trilogy -The Bourne Ultimatum - as her character got a bullet in the head at the start The Bourne Supremacy.
