Matt flew to Boston on Wednesday to watch the Red Sox win in Game 1 of the World Series. Matt's father Kent, brother Kyle and nephews were also at the game, with Matt calling it a "bucket list experience-watching the World Series at Fenway with his dad", via Linda Pizzuti Henry, with a photo here. Photos are at Yahoo, the Boston Herald and Boston Globe, USA Today and via the MLB Twitter.
Matt Damon wasn’t at the pregame party, but he did score sweet seats for the game, sitting in [team owner John] Henry’s box seats beside the Sox dugout.
Damon — who played tribute to Carlton Fisk’s ’75 Series heroics in “Good Will Hunting” — missed both the ’04 and ’07 Series because he was working, so he wasn’t passing up this one. He was happily ensconced in a seat by the Sox dugout.
