Adjustment Bureau, various
  • Matt, Emily Blunt, John Slattery and Terence Stamp filmed re-shoots for The Adjustment Bureau at New York's Public Library on Sunday. Photos at the Library's Facebook page are here.

  • Details of The Informant! on DVD, including quotes from the commentary track, are here and here, including:

On the other hand, when it comes to discussing the way Damon disappeared into the role, Soderbergh remarks: "If you don't jump off the cliff, it's not going to work." At which point Burns, recalling the 30-odd pounds the star gained for the part, adds: "He jumped off the cliff into a bag of Doritos."

  • In a video at ET, Clint Eastwood discussed early reactions to Hereafter:

"We have good feelings about it and we’ll see how it comes together. It looks pretty good."

  • A very old LivePlanet project involving a baseball sex scandal in the 1970s may be back on track, with Ben set up to direct and co-write. Matt was originally considering co-starring in the project.

  • A True Grit update from the Dallas News:

The nationwide search for a young woman to play Mattie Ross in Joel and Ethan Coen's True Grit remake is over, but casting officials say the choice has yet to be made. The film opens a three-month Central Texas shoot in March with a cast including Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon and Josh Brolin.

Is thhis Universal's idea of marketing? In-store appearances alongside iphones? No wonder they're in bad shape.

    Re: Green Zone event

Actually the SoHo in store appearance is a pretty common thing for all studios and a lot of movies now.
