The michael Moore thing is blowing up on twitter. I hope he doesn't get a thousand ? From reporters about this as he has already stated he doesn't want to run for office

Might get a pic today of matt on set b/c people seem to know where he's filming today. I know sometimes you link twitpics an I'm not sure what the protocol is about that. But I wonder b/c I saw some fan pics of Matt on twitter but don't know if it's appropriate for me to link being that I don't know the people personally but it's being posted publically.

There's going to be lots of photos today - he's filming at Bear Creek Park in Surrey.

If you can just link the writer's name and whole post, including image link that would be great. If the post is public on Twitter and the photo is credited, I think it's fine. I won't put it on the main page (there should be other more formal pics later).

And the politics talk should be fun for a day before it gets shut down with a formal response form Matt's publicist.

No, I think it was a sighting before filming started on his regular run at Grouse Mountain.

There were also sightings today (possibly after filming) around Stanley Park.

BTwizzle1981: ...In a field as others in the park ran away from him like he was wearing a bomb. Movie looks very cool can't wait to see it.

BTwizzle1981: Matt Damon also signed several autographs for me as he broke for lunch. Would have loved 2 have got the photo op w/him in costume & make up.

OLTV: #Celebspotted #MattDamon on location today. He was battered and bloodied and wearing a Darth Vader hood to cover his cyborg brain stem.

OLTV: #Celebspotted #SharltoCopley from District 9 On Location today. He wasn't working but wanted to hang out on set with #MattDamon & gal pal.

    Margaret update

    It's not Lonergan's final cut but Scorsese's:

Nor will Kenneth Lonergan’s long-awaited follow-up to You Can Count on Me, Margaret, be in a fall fest. Searchlight has finally got a final cut. It’s not by Lonergan, who has been paralyzed for years over finishing the film, but from Martin Scorsese and Thelma Schoonmaker. But Lonergan has approved the trimmed version. Searchlight will open the Sydney Pollack, Gary Gilbert and Scott Rudin-produced picture, starring young-looking Matt Damon, Anna Paquin and Mark Ruffalo, on September 30.
