On Thursday night, Chelsea Clinton partied like a rock star at the DeLeón Tequila-presented Guns N’ Roses concert at Hiro Ballroom. She strode through the packed house with husband Marc Mezvinsky and sat at an upstairs table with Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso, along with a solo Justin Timberlake.
Sudeikis was sporting a baseball cap pulled down low in an attempt to keep a low profile and arrived early with friends to hold court a table near the stage and was later joined by gal pal Wilde and Fallon. Clinton, Damon and Timberlake took in the concert from upstairs VIP area. Clinton's husband, Marc Mezvinsky, affectionately had his arm draped around his wife during the concert as they laughed with friends.
A source tells us when the former first daughter first arrived with her happy hubby, event staffers attempted to clear the table right next to Matt Damon's to sit the couple. But Clinton apologized to the guests who were seated there who were nearly evacuated, and let event staffers know she didn't mind squeezing in with her "good friend Matt (Damon)."
Meanwhile across town, things were just heating up at Hiro Ballroom where a star-studded crowd waited for Guns N’ Roses to perform. The sprawling space was illuminated with hanging Chinese lanterns, and a throng of partygoers pressed up against the stage in excited anticipation. Olivia Wilde and her boyfriend, Jason Sudeikis, tucked into a booth to catch the show, while Evan Rachel Wood and Sienna Miller, who looked very rock ’n’ roll in a red flannel shirt, camped out in the VIP section. Others took refuge on the balcony of the upstairs bar, where Matt Damon and Justin Timberlake held court with an entourage of friends, including Damon’s wife, Luciana Barroso, Jimmy Fallon, Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky. The crowd erupted when long after midnight, Axl Rose finally appeared onstage, sporting a black top hat as he led the band in classics like “Used to Love Her” and “Paradise City.”
