How does EL MAYIMBE manages to get his hands on first draft scripts so easily? Someone in the Universal house is surely a mole. A first draft should be on the writer's computer with one printed copy. Anyway, I'm not too impressed with the storyline either. But some of the plot lines don't make sense. How could this reporter find things out about Abbott/Treadstone that Landy didn't even know until she got clearance in TBS? If Bourne had this shoot-out in Red Square, which is a big, =big=, BIG place and took refuge in a pharmacy, (Where he what, operates on himself?) how did he make it back to NYC for the end of TBS? And then there are the "bad guys"? CIA bad? Stasi bad? KGB bad? Generic baddies? And there seems to be a little too much of this "Ross" in the script. Who's going to get the part, Jude Law? Because it sure sounds like Bourne is being shoved aside as the main protagonist. And I don't believe these "upgrades" EL alludes to. Treadstone is supposed to be dissolved. So who's controlling these strange-named kids, Pam Landy? And why aren't they out covertly assassinating instead of hareing after Jason? There's too much out-in-the-open stuff going on which really negates the first movie's idea of a near invisible, super-secret assassin who'd done his job admirably until the events of TBI.

I hope Tony Gilroy hasn't been reading too much over on imdb.com's Bourne boards, because this sound like something those folks over there would come up with. And I hope Brian Hegiland is sitting by his phone.

The only hopeful glean from this supposed first draft is that it sounds like Nikki won't be the love interest.
